Do I need the lamp?

Yes. Gel only sets under UV/LED light, which is why the mini lamp comes in every set. Without it, the gel stays soft.

Which shade should I choose?

From lightest to deepest:

  • Eaves Rain. Champagne.
  • Flower Wine. Soft rosy pink.
  • Brocade. Dusty rose.
  • Ebony Rose. Deep mauve rose.
  • Truffle. Rich brown.

Can I buy pens on their own?

Yes. If you already have the lamp, single pens have their own page.

Can I buy nail files or cuticle sticks on their own?

They come with a pen rather than on their own. Add them to Buy 1, Get 1 50% Off or next to a single pen, pick the prep set with Buy 2, Get 1 Free, or get both free with Buy 3, Get 2 Free.

Doing your nails.

How do I use it?

  1. Prep. Push back your cuticles and lightly file the nail.
  2. Twist. Turn the base until the gel reaches the brush.
  3. Paint. One thin coat from cuticle to tip, keeping it off your skin.
  4. Hover. Hold the silver ball over the wet gel for a few seconds to draw the cat-eye.
  5. Cure. 60 seconds under the mini lamp. Add a second thin coat if you like, then cure again.

I've never done gel nails. Is it hard?

Not at all. Twist, paint, cure. The gel feeds straight onto the built-in brush, so there are no bottles or separate brushes to juggle. Thin coats are the easiest to control.

Do I need a base coat or a top coat?

No. Each pen is a 6-in-1 formula that covers base, colour and top coat in one.

How do I get the cat-eye effect?

Paint a coat, then hover the silver ball on the cap over the wet gel for a few seconds. The shimmer gathers into a soft band of light. Cure straight away to lock it in.

How long does curing take?

60 seconds under the mini lamp.

How long does it last?

Wear depends on prep and coat thickness. For the best result, push back your cuticles, keep gel off the skin, and use two thin coats rather than one thick one.

How do I take it off?

  1. Gently file the shiny top layer with the 100 side of your nail file.
  2. Soak a cotton pad in acetone and hold it on the nail. Wrapping it in foil helps.
  3. Wait about 10 minutes, then ease the gel away with a cuticle stick.

Please don't peel it off.

We pack your order in 1 to 3 business days and email your tracking link as soon as it leaves our warehouse. It then usually arrives in about 7 to 15 business days, depending on your country.

Not in love with it? You have 30 days from delivery to get in touch for a replacement or a refund.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping is free everywhere ✨ Once your order is on its way, it usually takes:

  • North America and the UK: 7 to 12 business days
  • Europe: 7 to 20 business days
  • Australia and New Zealand: 7 to 14 business days

We pack every order in 1 to 3 business days first.

Is it OK for sensitive skin?

Keep the gel off your skin and cure right after painting. Avoid contact with eyes, and stop using it if any irritation occurs. The manufacturer advises against use during pregnancy. Keep out of reach of children.
